At North Strong Collective, we're incredibly proud of our home grown talent and work with up-and-coming Canadian athletes to reach their goals. Check out our North Strong sponsored athletes!

Entering just her second year at Dalhousie University, Courtney Baker is already making a huge impact on the Canadian volleyball scene. Coming off back-to-back (2014, 2015) RICOH Volleyball Nova Scotia Female Team Athlete of the Year awards, Courtney was also named to the AUS and CIS All-Rookie teams in her first year on the university circuit. To top off her sensational rookie season, in May 2016 she became one of the youngest players to ever be selected as part of the Canadian Senior Women's Volleyball team at just 18 years of age. Outside of our sponsored athletes, there are countless stories of people truly representing the brand and working every day to keep the North Strong. Check out our incredible team of Ambassadors!

The Mayo brothers (Brad & John) grew up in Lake Echo, Nova Scotia; just outside the city of Halifax. They joined competitive, flat-water kayaking at a young age and together they hold 5 national gold medals in various events. Bored by their usual fitness routine, they turned to calisthenics and cold exposure about a year ago after being inspired by Ido Portal and Wim Hof. They now strive to completely master their bodies and minds; all while showing others around the world how they too can live happier lives by moving more and building mental endurance. Born and raised in Oakville, Ontario, Jonathan grew up playing many competitive sports, but focusing on hockey and lacrosse. In university, Jonathan played NCAA Division I Lacrosse for Albany. He is currently working to become a full-time firefighter and competitive CrossFitter. Follow Jonathan on Instagram @bigwoodenhouse.
